In today’s fast paced merry-go-round of career changing alternatives, the most
successful organisations are those who can establish business cultures that can
extract the best performances from their people. Building your business culture is
hard enough. The real challenge facing businesses today, however, is attracting and
retaining the right people to suit your culture.
The logical conclusion which must then follow, is that anyone involved in the
recruitment and selection for an organisation must not only implicitly understand
the industry they work in, but more particularly, understand that particular
organisation’s culture and objectives.
